The Prairie Lakes District NMI will be awarding a $500 Work and Witness scholarship at the NMI Convention in Alexandria, MN on August 6, 2019. We plan to present the scholarship each year, in honor of the life of Logan Barrett, to a Prairie Lakes Nazarene young person (between 15-22) who has exhibited the qualities that help make him or her the kind of young person God can use to build His kingdom both physically and spiritually.

 

The Logan Barrett Memorial Scholarship is an award of $500 toward a Work and Witness trip taken within two years of receiving it. The trip may be one sponsored by the Prairie Lakes District Church of the Nazarene, by a local Church of the Nazarene to a field within the Church of the Nazarene or a Youth-In-Mission trip sponsored by one of the universities affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.

 

You are invited to complete an application to receive the scholarship, which will be awarded at the District NMI Convention on August 6, 2019. Please complete the application and get proper signatures, then send it to:
