LOCAL LICENSE​​

DISTRICT LICENSE

•  Click here for the Annual Report of Licensed Ministers – This is an annual requirement for the the licensed minister, that is not submitting a pastor’s, evangelist’s or retired minister’s report form. (ref. Manual 530.8, 520) This is to be sent to the District Secretary 30 days prior to District Assembly.

• Click here for the Application for District License/Renewal of District License - This is an annual requirement for you as a district licensed minister in training in the local church and district and is to be completed, signed and submitted to the MIT Secretary by March 1st.

ORDINATION
